New polyurethane transmission shifter bushing. This bushing is custom made for ususing the highest quality material. If you own a Samurai and have yet to have a sloppy shifter, it is only a matter of time. The stock rubber bushing is junk, and even if you replace it with one from the dealer, it will not last.
